For those of you that are wondering how the early bird Draws are made---Each ticket has a corresponding coupon. On draw day, we phone the draw master, he enters those coupons into the drum. This way the books don't get ripped apart to enter the stubs. And it will make accounting easier. So don't be upset if you see a booklet uptown, and the stubs are in it. Someone has recorded that ticket as sold, and it has been entered into the draw.
